Our products-Colognes & Perfumes are authentic in nature and comes directly from the manufacturer. They are not testers, used, or damaged in anyway. Every customer acknowledge this when ordering and accepts this contract. All customers should know exactly what they are ordering and the address that it will be received. Valencia Fragrance Co will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMER THAT USES THE WRONG ADDRESS INCLUDING ZIPCODE OR THE WRONG DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER BACK OR RE-SHIP THE ITEM(S). Valencia Fragrance All debit cards, credit cards, or any form or electronic payment will be verified through voice authorization. It is solely the customers responsibility for insufficient funds/overdraft fees (used the wrong card or address), or any other fees or mistakes that might occur on any clients statement or account. We are not responsible for typos on prices, but will accommodate our clients accordingly with the best possible price. Client/customers will be responsible for any and every lawyer fee, court fee, and any other fees that might occur if the client is fraudulent in any activity with any purchase on our website. All pictures are copyrighted and need authorization from Valencia Fragrance Company to use or to copy in any way. The USPS. FEDEX, and UPS might arrive either late because of the epidemic or holidays. All customers, client or individuals who receives orders, gift and samples must abide by this contract whether you purchase or not. No individual, customer, client or sample giver, or sample receiver will have no legal rights to sue (litigation) for harassment of names, any type of sexes feelings, of products that were a gift, sample, or if the sample was transferred from one party to another, etc. We use Sendle shipping service which has a contract with USPS. Your package will be delivered by USPS through standard ground service, Priority, or Overnight unless you choose another shipping option like UPS or FEDEX. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE MISTAKE IS OURS. WE DO NOT ACCPET ANY EXCHANGES! So please know what you are ordering. If the mistake is ours we will correct the problem according to our standards. Any USPS package that are shipped, and picked up by the USPS will have a scannable bar code which allows us to track the package. If for any reason after 7 days this or any other particular package is not showing movement, we will ship out another package express to the customer. We will not ship out another package before the 7th day period... All items are disinfected 3 times before it leaves our facility(before, during, and after). IMPORTANT: If a customer makes a mistake while ordering and wants a refund. The customer is liable for a $6.99 refunding fee to Valencia Fragrance Co. This fee covers the time that our staff have to take to refund your money and any other cost either from Paypal or our credit card processing company that we deal with. This refund amount may change at any given time and is non-negotiable.
